Shipping costs

Free within Switzerland on orders over CHF 130.

Below that, a flat rate of CHF 9.

We currently ship only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery time

Dispatched within 48 hours from Zurich. Engraved orders take two additional working days.

Delivered by Swiss Post, normally within 2–4 working days.

Returns

30 days from receipt for unused goods in their original packaging.

Engraved bottles cannot be returned, as they are made to order.

Please announce a return to zuzanna.weiss@altherrweiss.ch beforehand.

Damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 10 days. We will replace the bottle at no cost.
