Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website with Altherr/Weiss.

Formation of contract

The display of products is not a binding offer. By completing your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs and include 8.1% VAT.

Shipping within Switzerland is free over CHF 130. Below that a flat rate applies, shown before you complete the order.

Payment

Payment is made by TWINT or credit card via Stripe, and is charged when the order is placed.

Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders usually ship within 48 hours; engraved orders take two additional working days. Swiss Post delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.

Returns

Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders. We voluntarily offer a 30-day return window from receipt for unused goods in their original packaging.

Engraved bottles are made to order and cannot be returned.

Warranty

The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Obvious defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the CISG. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permitted, the seller's registered office.
