This policy follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, and the contents of your order including any engraving text.

Payment data: payment is handled by Stripe. Card and TWINT details are processed solely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, collected when the site is loaded.

We process this data to fulfil your order, meet statutory retention obligations, and operate the site securely.

Swiss Post (shipping).

Disclosure occurs only as far as necessary to perform the contract. Data may be transferred abroad, in particular to the EU and the United States.

Order and invoice data are retained for the statutory period of ten years. Other data are deleted once the purpose for processing no longer applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and the right to object to processing.
